This week we carried out an Asbestos Survey in Bromham, Wiltshire.
This asbestos survey was a Refurbishment and Demolition Survey prior to the clients carrying out works to their family home.
The item of asbestos we found on the survey raised major concerns for our surveyor and he highlighted the health issue to the client whilst he was still on site.
We found a sheet of asbestos insulation board to the back of the children’s toy store – it was very badly damaged to the corners and was bare and in a friable condition. We advised to the client that they do not re-enter the store room until they have had the issue dealt with.
