Following a recent demolition survey carried out by our team, we’ve been appointed to undertake asbestos removal works in Liverpool. The survey identified areas containing asbestos pipe lagging, which required careful planning and controlled removal to ensure the safety of everyone on-site and full compliance with HSE regulations.
This project involves the construction of four separate enclosures, each designed to safely contain the removal works. Our experienced asbestos removal operatives are managing the process using industry-approved methods, negative pressure units, and thorough air monitoring to maintain a safe working environment.
Each enclosure is purpose-built to suit the layout of the existing structure, allowing us to remove the asbestos materials efficiently while minimising disruption to the wider demolition works. The site team is working closely with the client and other contractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion.
As always, health, safety, and compliance remain at the core of everything we do. Every step — from initial survey and risk assessment through to final clearance testing — is being managed to the highest professional standards.
